1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck99 ("ck99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck99 online gaming platform available at ck99.lat, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ck99 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. Players are individually responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction prior to registration. ck99 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country or region.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a ck99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Registration and use of the Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 18. ck99 enforces age verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any point.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold a registered ck99 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate, linked, or collusive accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. Residents of restricted territories are not permitted to register.
• You are acting in good faith and are not using the Platform for any fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful purpose.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. ck99 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through identity verification processes. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck99 login credentials, including your username and password. All activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

You must not share your ck99 account credentials with any other person. You must not permit any third party to access or use your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck99 support immediately via live chat.

ck99 will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ck99 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ck99 employs industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and session management. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All ck99 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

All funds deposited to your ck99 account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of deposits.

ck99 reserves the right to apply identity verification procedures ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being withheld pending verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ck99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. ck99 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ck99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

ck99 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet or game outcome in the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or where there is evidence of irregular or suspicious activity. In such circumstances, affected bets will be refunded at the original stake.

In-play betting on cricket, PSL fixtures, and other live sports markets is subject to the specific in-play rules published for each market. ck99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market rules and are subject to change at ck99's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ck99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

ck99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or where a Player does not meet the stated eligibility criteria. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited and the associated account may be suspended.

Players must be aware that wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Unused bonus balances that expire in accordance with the stated promotional terms will be removed from the account without compensation.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ck99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session time reminders and session duration limits
• Cool-off periods (temporary breaks from gambling)
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform)

Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. ck99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted via live chat support.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or colluding with other Players to circumvent account limits or promotional terms
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform software
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name

ck99 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, ck99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck99 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data, is the proprietary property of ck99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ck99.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment delays.

ck99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party network issues may affect Platform availability without notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits ck99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

ck99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck99 may share personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the Platform, compliance with applicable law, and the prevention of fraud and money laundering.

12. Amendments and Termination

ck99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ck99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason at ck99's reasonable discretion. Upon termination, any undisputed balance in a legitimate account may be withdrawn via a supported payment method.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ck99 holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ck99's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body.

Before escalating any dispute, Players are encouraged to contact ck99 support via live chat. ck99 commits to responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
